The exact location of all records is unknown.Ī.M. “The Sunday Record,” August 7, 1983, reported that a nonprofit organization (The Jewish Federation of Wayne) began negotiations to take title to this cemetery. Ahavath Joseph merged with B’Nai Israel Congregation, 561 Park Avenue, Paterson. (See Holland Cemetery.) This cemetery is the burial ground for members of Congregation Ahavath Joseph which was located on Godwin Avenue and Washington Street in Paterson.
